Registrations canceled 11 or more business days prior to the scheduled class will receive a refund for the amount of the class minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Registrations canceled less than 11 business days prior to the scheduled class, as well as registrants who do not attend, will forfeit the entire registration fee. Credit for future/subsequent classes may be given at the discretion of PRI. Substitutions for registrants unable to attend may be made with one business day notice to PRI.
